1.1. How do I make and confirm my accommodation booking?

You must submit your accommodation booking online at https://stay.fifa26-accommodation.com/.

NB: It is your responsibility to select the rooms that match your category preference and occupancy needs. All bookings are subject to availability. Once processed, we will issue via email a Booking Confirmation/Payment Receipt.

1.2. Can I request changes to my confirmed booking?

Yes, you may request additional rooms at the same property. Changes are subject to availability and will be reflected in a revised Booking Confirmation.

You may cancel any reservation made via our website without any fees and for a full refund within 24 hours of submission of booking. After this deadline, there is no cancellation, and all bookings are non-refundable.

1.3. Is there a minimum stay requirement?

Yes, per the below. This is to cover early arrival and/or late departure or checkout:

  • Opening match – 3 nights
  • Semi Final matches – 3 nights
  • Final Match – 4 nights
  • All other matches – 2 nights

2.1. In what currency do I pay for the rooms?

All invoices are issued and payable in US Dollars (USD).

2.2. What is included in the payment total?

The payment includes the cost of the room(s) and all applicable taxes.

2.3. What is excluded in the payment total?

It excludes breakfast and incidental charges such as porterage, food, drink and in-room services.

2.4. What are the payment instalment deadlines?

Full payment is required at the time of submitting your online booking.

3.1. Can I cancel my booking without penalty? 

Yes — full refund possible within 24 hours of booking submission. After that, all bookings are non-refundable.

3.2. Documentation & Guest Info 

At booking time only the main purchaser’s details are required. Closer to check-in you will be asked to provide full guest names and contact details for rooming lists and vouchers.

3.3. Check-In at Hotel 

The hotel will request your proof of booking/voucher and your passport and/or official ID.

4.1. Who is liable if there are issues with the hotel? 

FIFA26 Accommodation Bureau secures the reservation but does not control hotel operations. FIFA26 Accommodation Bureau accepts liability only for its direct contractual obligations. Although FIFA26 Accommodation will facilitate communication with the properties and support.

4.2. What if the event is cancelled or moved? 

In a Force Majeure situation (e.g. pandemic, war, event cancellation), no party is liable. Refunds depend on FIFA26 Accommodation Bureau’s ability to recover funds from suppliers. Please refer to clause 4.18 of the FIFA World Cup 2026™ Online Accommodation Booking Terms and Conditions.

4.3. Can I assign or transfer my booking? 

No, unless FIFA26 Accommodation Bureau provides written consent.

4.4. Can I reserve hotel rooms according to my team's itinerary during the tournament? For group stage and knock out stage?

Yes, based on availability while maintaining the minimum night stay.

4.5. What is the official accommodation with the FIFA26 Accommodation Bureau? 

The FIFA26 Accommodation Bureau is the appointed accommodation service provider for the FIFA World Cup 2026™ in Canada, Mexico and the USA. Across all 16 Host Cities, the Accommodation Bureau offers a comprehensive range of lodging options tailored to the needs of tournament attendees. As the designated FIFA26 Accommodation Bureau, we ensure exclusive access to the best available hotel rooms throughout the tournament - delivering convenience, comfort, and a seamless experience during this landmark event.

4.6. Is this accommodation official? 

Yes. As the Official Accommodation Bureau for the FIFA World Cup 2026™, FIFA has granted us the right to sell lodging options for the FIFA World Cup 2026™ in Canada, Mexico and the USA. Across all 16 Host Cities, the Accommodation Bureau offers a comprehensive range of lodging options tailored to the needs of FIFA tournament attendees. As the designated FIFA26 Accommodation Bureau, we ensure exclusive access to the best available hotel rooms throughout the tournament - delivering convenience, comfort, and a seamless experience during this landmark event.

4.7. What is the best time to book FIFA WORLD CUP 2026™ Accommodation? 

Accommodation in Canada, Mexico and the USA is on sale now and offered on a first-come, first-served basis, and you are advised to book as early as possible to guarantee your place. Limited quantities of rooms are on offer, and each room is subject to availability at the time of booking.

4.8. Can I transfer or re-sell my accommodation once I have booked it? 

No. Subject to applicable laws, the transfer and/or re-sale of Official Accommodation is strictly prohibited, therefore you are not permitted to re-sell any accommodation booked via the FIFA Accommodation Bureau portal, individually or as part of another package (for example combining hotels and match tickets). Accommodation booked via the FIFA26 Accommodation Bureau is for each customer’s own personal use or use for privately invited persons and may not be transferred for financial gain.

4.9. Are the prices shown per person rates?   

No, prices displayed based on the selected room type and date range.  Please be sure to review the details at the time of booking for a full breakdown of what’s included. 

4.10. What is the maximum number of packages I can purchase? 

Each purchaser may buy one (1) room per transaction. Customers may return to the website to purchase additional rooms, or, if preferred, contact sales@fifa26-accommodation.com to book multiple rooms in a single booking. Failure to comply with these rules may result in the cancellation of your booking.

4.11. What will happen if my personal details are incorrect or incomplete? 

If you provide incorrect personal details, you may be denied entry into your accommodation and/or the Host Country. Please ensure accurate personal details are provided as per your passport as we will be unable to offer any refund in the above situations.

4.12. Can I modify my booking after it has been confirmed? 

Our accommodation is generally considered to be fixed and any modifications after booking cannot be guaranteed. Should you require an amendment we will try to assist, but if changes are possible any charges from our suppliers and variations in rates will need to be paid by you. To modify your booking, please email our Customer Services team at customerservice@fifa26-accommodation.com.

4.13. Can I modify the names of customers after my booking has been confirmed? 

Yes, please email customer service (customerservice@fifa26-accommodation.com) to amend any details to bookings.

4.14. What are my options if one person in our group is denied a visa? 

In the unfortunate event that one guest is denied a visa, we aim to be as flexible and supportive as possible. We can offer the following options: 

  • Change the name: You may nominate another guest to take the place of the person who was denied a visa, subject to any applicable deadlines or administrative requirements. 

Please let us know your preferred option, and we’ll be happy to assist you further.

4.15. Having a problem with making payment via an online account? 

Following our internal investigation, we kindly suggest that you check with your bank, as our system indicates rejected payment attempts. Should the issue persist, please contact our team at websales@fifa26-accommodation.com who will be able to provide you with information to assist with an offline bank transfer.

4.16. Is the accommodation suitable for guests with reduced mobility?

Should you or a member of your party have reduced mobility, wheelchair requirements or other specific needs please contact us at customerservice@fifa26-accommodation.com  to provide appropriate advice on the arrangements that can be made.

5.1. How many people can stay in a room?  

Standard occupancy is two guests per room. Contact customerservice@fifa26-accommodation.com for triple/quad options or extra guests. Bed type requests (double/twin) are subject to availability — not guaranteed.

5.2. Who may be accommodated in my assigned room(s)?

Only customers included in your booking may stay in assigned room(s). Additional guests cannot be accommodated. All customers will be required to present their passport (or official ID for domestic customers) and accommodation voucher to be granted access to the assigned room. If the name on the passport or identification document does not match the name in the booking, the passenger may be denied access and no refund for the stay will be processed.

5.3. Are meals included? 

No — all bookings are room only. Meals and incidentals are at your own expense.

5.4. Do I need a visa to enter the Canada / Mexico / USA? 

Visa and entry requirements are your responsibility. Apply early. FIFA and the Accommodation Bureau are not responsible for visa processes or decisions.
